Date of AGM and Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, we advise that the Annual General Meeting of DY6 Metals Ltd (“DY6” or “the Company”) will be held on 21 November 2025.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with clause 7.5 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations is 3 October 2025. As such, any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST time) on 3 October 2025.
