Announcement PDF ASX Announcement ASX:DY6 10 July 2024 Resignation of CEO DY6 Metals Ltd (ASX: DY6, “DY6” or “Company”) advises that Mr Lloyd Kaiser has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities, effective today. Mr Kaiser has offered to assist the Company with its ongoing project development and operations during this transition period. Mr Kaiser’s duties will be assumed, in the near term, by the Company’s Malawian based Senior Exploration Geologist, Mr Troth Saindi, Mr Daniel Smith, the Non-Executive Chairman, the rest of the technical team, and the Board of directors.
